Join us to make an impact on the Denver South Platte this Earth Day Weekend!

Denver Trout Unlimited is teaming up with Protect Our Rivers on a South Platte River Cleanup series that brings even more love to the river corridor. And we’re kicking it all off on Earth Day weekend! Join us for a an impactful river cleanup at Centennial Park along the South Platte River! Afterwards we'll all head to Breckenridge Brewery for a free celebratory beer and prize giveaways.

The fishing contest is FREE!  No registration required. The first 250 kids will get a goodie bag. Anglers ages 2 to 14 are welcome to compete for prizes.  Official fishing times are 8:30 to 10 a.m.   Name and age required to measure a fish for prize consideration. If you need a break from fishing, visit the Division of Wildlife booth or Denver Trout United for fun facts about fishing in Colorado.

F3T Fly Fishing Film Showing in the Stranahan's Lounge

The annual Fly Fishing Film Tour is a traveling roadshow of the best fly fishing films in the world. Through a submission process, films are selected to bring some of the best content to the big screen in your hometown.

The F3T is more than just the film, our shows aim to create community, inspire, encourage and support conservation efforts worldwide. Each evening is complete with a live emcee, raffle & door prizes from our premium sponsors, local fly shops and more. Come for the action, stay for the camaraderie, all while helping to raise money for the waters we love.

So get ready to kick back, drink a cocktail or dram of choice, enjoy the cinematography that will get you stoked on the season ahead. Reserve your ticket today—tickets are limited. Must be 21+ to attend.

Protect Our Rivers is rallying the community for the 18th Annual South Platte River Cleanup! Join us, our friends, and partners for an awesome day of river stewardship followed by an after-party with free beer, food, and big prize giveaways! 

We have several cleanup sites to choose from! You can choose to paddle, wade or walk. All of the cleanups will end around the same time. Once we wrap up we will all head to the after party for a free celebratory beer and big prize giveaways!
